Mrs. Frances Greene
Mrs. Frances Greene, President of the BPC, boasts a remarkable 40-year commitment to the Pittsburg community. Her distinguished career includes positions on the Democratic Central Committee, LAFCO, the Grand Jury, and as President of the BPA. Currently serving on the NAACP Executive Board, she has received prestigious accolades, including the California Legislature's Woman of the Year, the Martin Luther King Jr. Award from the Board of Supervisors, and the Koshland Award. Mrs. Greene's humanitarian efforts even earned her recognition in Better Homes and Gardens magazine for her work with the homeless.

Mrs. Crystal Sawyer White
As Vice President of the Building Black Political Power organization (BPC), Mrs. Crystal Sawyer-White brings over 15 years of dedicated community service to the table, including her impactful tenure on the Antioch School Board. Her focus lies in championing equitable access to education and holding educational leaders accountable for the betterment of students and families. Crystal's role as BPC Vice President allows her to channel her experience and passion toward advancing political empowerment within Black communities, emphasizing the crucial role of education and accountability in effecting positive change.

Mr. Willie Mims
Mr. Willie Mims serves as the Secretary of the Building Black Political Power organization (BPC), boasting a distinguished 40-year career as a dedicated educator and advocate for children. His unwavering commitment to youth is evident through his advocacy for quality education and opportunities. With a wealth of experience and strong community ties, Mr. Mims plays a pivotal role in shaping BPC's strategies, particularly in championing the rights of Black youth. As Secretary, he continues to contribute his wisdom to BPC's mission of advancing Black communities through political influence, embodying the transformative potential of individual dedication.

Victoria Adams
Ms. Victoria Adams is the Treasurer of BPC, boasting a commendable 20-year tenure in the Pittsburg community. Her prior role as the East County NAACP President exemplifies her longstanding commitment to advocacy and community leadership. In her current capacity as Treasurer, Ms. Adams plays a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of the organization, ensuring its sustained growth and effectiveness in advancing the interests of Black communities.

Ms. Odessa LeFrancois
Ms. Odessa LeFrancois, a dedicated board member of BPC, brings over two decades of community service to her role. Her commitment to advocacy extends to her positions as a local and State NAACP Board Member. Presently serving as the East County NAACP President, Ms. LeFrancois's extensive experience and leadership contribute significantly to the organization's mission in advancing the interests of Black communities.

Dr. Lamont Francies
Dr. Lamont Ali Francies, EdD., serves as a distinguished board member of BPC. As the pastor of Delta Bay Community Church in Antioch, he actively champions the rights and needs of Black parents and students. Dr. Francies also holds the role of Coordinator of African American Community & Family Engagement for the Mt. Diablo Unified School District. His leadership extends to the presidency of the Mt. Diablo Black Educators Association, and he contributes as an editor for the locally Black-owned newspaper, the East County North Star.

Dr. Kimberly Paton
Dr. Kimberly Payton, EdD., holds a vital position as a board member within BPC. With an extensive 20-year history of dedication to the Pittsburg community, she has served both professionally and voluntarily. Dr. Payton's multifaceted roles include being an adjunct instructor at Mills College in Oakland and a Business & Professional Development Coach. Furthermore, she plays a pivotal role as the Vice President of the East County NAACP, contributing significantly to the advancement of local communities.

As a retired law enforcement officer and former Antioch School Board Member, he possesses a unique perspective on community matters. For over two decades, Mr. Terry has served as a passionate community advocate, actively engaging in efforts to promote positive change and empower local residents. His commitment to the betterment of his community makes him a valuable asset to the BPC board.
